Montana Breast and Cervical Health Program

MBCHP Application

MBCHP tracks Women’s health issues and statistics for the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia.

Front Desk Software, L.L.C.  was contracted by the State of Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) to create a program to track Women’s health issues and statistics for the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Montana Breast and Cervical Health Program (MBCHP) is funded by state and federal funds in order to provide cancer screenings to women ages 50 – 65 who could not otherwise afford them.  Front Desk Software, L.L.C. was hired to create a system that manages health information on women and providers who are involved in the program, and to provide statistical information to the Centers for Disease Control.

The Montana Breast and Cervical Health Program allows each of the 7 MBCHP sites through-out the state to record patient screening information, and then send this information to a central location for storage ans statistical analysis.  The system sends reports and statistical data to the Centers for Disease Control for evaluation, directly in electronic format.

The program also allows Montana DPHHS personnel to produce specialized reports to enable them to watch for trends in the data and to ensure that patients are provided an adequate level of care.

Top Features:

  • Microsoft Windows Based
  • Customizable Interface
  • Statewide Statistics Maintenance
  • Customized Reports for the CDC

Not only does this program provide specialized reports for the Montana DPHHS and for the CDC, but it records patient and doctor contact information, thereby allowing each region to produce customized letters in order to ensure that everyone is given up-to-date information.
